Worst banking experience. Took business account there with a 7+ credit score and investments and savings and they denied me business credit after telling me its most important to establish first 3 yrs so I've tried closing account just to wait in branch for hour plus. And they still take money when I've made it known account is to be closed. Ran my credit twice. Insanity stay away

I had such a great experience with Mike. He’s a young gentleman full of knowledge. We had to get a personal loan for the crippling student loan debt we were in. I have no idea about numbers and terms and was terrified I would get ripped off but Mike made everything simple and clear. It was a great experience and I knew I was in good hands and could trust him. A year and a half later I still reach out to him for all of my bank and finance needs!

Today I had some business to take care of at this bank. Before I was even able to put my belongings back in my wallet the female teller calls the next customer. I was getting my paperwork situated and documents when I hear the teller say "can you step aside sir?". Like, mam, it has only been 5 seconds since you've given me back my paper work. Call down and give me a minute. Geesh! Be patient with your customers! And it's reasons like this that I will be closing my bank account next week, and I'm going to further convince my colleague to shut down the business account.
