Me and my family have been calling and looking for shelter. Me, my spouse, and our 4 month old son. We've called for months and have been given the same runaround. We live in our vehicle. We broke down down the street from this shelter and I thought it was a sign from God to get help. We got , used , and appreciated any and every resource we could. They noticed us , still didn't let us in. Me and my spouse and son slept for one week in the field in our vehicle begging for help. Instead of help, they forced us off the property in our broke down car. God is good and will bless us one day soon. But will I ever call a shelter , let alone this one. ? Absolutely not! It is heartbreaking going to the dmv for our id's to start working just to come back to a notice to leave the premises for a reason we will forever not know , where we can shower and eat atleast. God doesn't like ugly.. That is my experience with this place and one of my worst experiences knowing they hear my child crying and not helping in any kind of way whatsoever but instead turning us away and shrugging their shoulders. I wish Ill on Noone. God bless and good day.

January 25, 2019. 8:30am. Had an appointment to see the doctor. Went to the office at the specified time. The receptionist had no clue. The nurse had no clue. The doctor was not even in. Perhaps, you should work on your record keeping. Seemed like they just didn't want to be bothered. Didn't do their due diligence to find out ANYTHING. Just put my paperwork back in the window and said GOODBYE.

Salvation army owner, why don't you answer all the bad remarks? I am a disabled veteran with a service dog and every time I call im treated very badly. I would advise anyone to go somewhere else or stay living on the streets. Thank god I only have to be in this rude state until the 3rd of December.

This place is run by unprofessional fake religious unorganized monkeys. I'm speaking as just a visitor. They are extremely rude and treat the visitors as if they are all convicts also. I filled out a visiting form three times with my personal information so I can visit on the weekends and three times in a row they have said they have lost my paperwork and want me to keep on filling it out. I was going to church to see my husband and they told me I could not go to church. They have meetings every Thursday so you can follow up on how your love one is doing but all they do is yes you to death and make pretend everything's fine and dandy in there . I only go to the meetings because after the meeting you can visit for 30 minutes and that's all the time I get to see my husband for for a whole week . This place is a disgrace.

They only answer people that want to make donations unfortunately. I can imagine the quality of the staff.
