This week I brought my daughter here along with me to check for respiratory infections. We were both seen and the staff and especially the doctor were really great. I thought the doctor was very thoughtful in his questions considering my past medical history. I felt heard and valued. It was also very convenient to have our prescriptions ready right next door at CVS. Thank you all!

I’m leaving this review to let everyone know of the horrible experience that I had to go through at this location. I went in for a simple test and was told that my insurance would cover the full deductible of the procedure. After the test was completed, I received a $240 bill two months later when I was told that it would be completely covered. I called to try to correct the issue and was told that they would have to wait and see with my insurance If it’s something that could be corrected. Then after a full year went by I finally got a bill in the mail, requesting money once again. After trying to call multiple times to resolve the issue none of their representatives are able to assist me in trying to understand the situation. This was one of the worst doctors offices I’ve ever been to. I will make sure to let family and friends know that this is a place to never visit.

We went on a Sunday morning. Everything was fast and efficient. The doc was young but very knowledgeable and kind. We were out of there in probably less than 40 minutes. I was first first hesitant to go there because of the average G. ratings, but knowing that ratings can be manipulated by competitors'', we took a chance. I'd highly recommend this place. It's not cheap for those w/o insurance, but we're in FL and due to gov. inflation, these days nothing is cheap.

Was not impressed at all. My husband went there with breathing difficulties, headache and a cough. They sent us to Cape Coral for a chest X-ray and we were told someone would call us with results and scripts, when a doctor could’ve easily read and treated at the Cape Coral location. Not only that, but he was still struggling to breath the entire time he was waiting for the X-ray, over an hour and while we waited for a call. The doctor there said the X-ray was “perfectly normal” when his normal doctor was cornered enough to follow up with a ct. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

I would avoid this place in particular at all costs. Maybe a little more money to go elsewhere, but will be worth whatever you pay. I still have a creditor calling me constantly about a visit i walked out on that apparently i was charged after the fact for. This is just another example of people trying to profit above care. The doctor i happened to see must have had a terrible day because she was extremely rude in front of my 7 year old. Rather than speak my mind i left and according to Medexpress I'm responsible (beyond charge initially) for going behind the desk. Long story short go somewhere else.
