I paid for a Xbox console online they sent me a notification saying that my item was ready to pick up I arrived at the store around 3:50 PM and found the store was closed but their posted hours was from 11 to 9

They sell new and used hardware, but do not do repair work. Best to seek out and electronics repair shop.
