The staff is usually friendly and courteous, however, I am giving a 3 stars due to cleanliness. Needs more attention to the restroom area and as well as the table/sitting area.

Never had any issues till tonight. I have a registered starbucks rewards membership, and usually recieve a refill of ice tea before I go. I was told tonight that I could not do that unless I had originally purchased an ice tea. I asked if this was a new policy and they said no it has been like this...the two ladies were kinda rude about it annoyed that I questioned the policy...i do not believe I was rude, I was just confused. I got home and looked up the policy to see what was going on. I have received refills of ice teas after my lattes for years. And this is what I found...that a registered app user can recieve free refils regardless of the original beverage purchase.
