I have a hard time leaving a 5 Star review. I love this place, but I don't want it to become too busy. Simple old fashion place, building used to be a fast food chain. Kitchen is run by a bunch of sweet gals, who call you sweety and sugar. Food is very good, simple good cooking, and reasonable prices. Love this place.

Very friendly service. Delicious food. Love this cuban shop. Their gabonzo bean soup is great too. Definietly will be back.

Is there any way you could create signage and a line for people who have already paid for their orders online or over the phone? I know your staff is busy, but if a customer is standing at counter in the "Prepaid Pickup" line, then they could quickly grab the item, confirm that it's paid and hand it off. I was told that I could step in front of customers and let them know my order is paid for, but NO ONE likes when people jump in line. The mean glares I got was enough to stop me from doing that again. We can avoid making customers angry if a separate line was created. I prepay to avoid the wait, only to find that I still have to wait in line. It makes no sense. Can you please consider this?
