I stopped in on Saturday, and was on the fence about what I needed and truly looking for. The gentleman patiently heard me out, then made his suggestions while not pushing. He really looked out for my needs and gave me a great deal. I am failing to remember his name, but very happy I stopped.

Way over price for outdated items. he wanted $65 for 450 mb wireless card. same brand thru any other place and online had 1300mb card for 50 and under. Also, try to lie and say it was a 1gb when the box clearly says 450. everything on the shelf is older than mosses.

Had a bad experience, spent over 300 to get my charging unit in my Laptop fixed, and after i got it back it still wouldnt charge. Brought it back and he says it was charging on his end. He then told me to buy a new name brand power cable for the unit i did, it worked for a day then stopped working, tested the cable on a friends Laptop and it work. Not sure id ever go back.

You will follow the Municipal regulations they are posted at the door if you do not know what they are - not enter if you are infected or sick in any way, when you enter you will wear a mask. We all wear n95 masks and have UV disinfection lights and gloves and will disinfect your equipment before we touch it. and if we repair it before its returned. For your convenience we have on the counter both disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. We also have on hand a forehead scan thermometer, if it happens you start coughing or look like your sick the staff might scan your forehead and if you have a temperature we will ask you to leave and proceed with spraying disinfectant spray in the shop - discard all our masks for fresh and inform the municipality of the contact and who are. The shop has 8 cameras so we always have an every angle picture of you and your car as you leave.
If a software repair is required then yes, if its a mechanical issue we partner with Drive Savers and can give you a code that will give you a significant discount to their normal rates. You can bring your damaged drive to us or have us remove it from your equipment and we will package it correctly in anti- static and vibration reducing packaging FREE. All you have to do then is attach a mailing label and send it to Drive Savers. All transactions after that are with them.
We do follow it, however as with any business if there is a family emergency and because there is only one staff member working presently we do reserve the right to close as necessary. I am sorry we missed you, I hope you can understand our policy and if we can be of any assistance in the future please do not hesitate to call, since we also work by appointment.
