I have been having my car serviced at the Cortez Road Pep Boys for many years. Today my Lexus needed serviced, although they were very busy Kinsey got me in right away and was very courteous . Dave the lead mechanic is extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional, I trust him completely. Omar did a great job getting me back on the road. Thank you Pep Boys for another job well done.

Stop in at Pep Boys today. The man that was working there was very Nice and helpful. I needed new windshield blades, he put them on . SO I just wanted to Thank the nice Gentlemen who put the blades on for me. Awesome 👌 job. Thanks again.

Had a run flat tire losing air. They came outside to check tire. Told me tire was fixable. They took me right in. I sat in waiting area. Half hour later it was done. I paid $23.00. This charge was dirt cheap. They treat cust like kings. Very classy operation. When i need 4 tires I know where I'm going. HERE!!!!

I went in for their manager's package with the oil change and they pulled the classic "air filter needs to be replaced" and stuffed a random filter (did NOT belong to my car) with the spanish moss attached to my top rack. I told them not to mess with anything beyond what I had requested, but I came home and my cabin air filter was missing!! It wasn't pristine out of the box new but nothing worth removing!! WILL PULL CHEAP TRICKS ON "EASY" TARGETS. They are also clueless on how to handle hybrids, and somehow always mess with the hybrid system. YIKES!!!
