Great selection and staff during the purchase of the home. However, once you've signed on the dotted line, you realize that there is poor communication with contractors in regards to where and how you want your home finished. It's been 5 months with multiple attempts to have repairs completed from the first punch list (before we got the keys) and they have still not been done. Now we're looking to get the repairs needed from the place settling but can't get a response from them. It's a great place to look for a home, but I'd find another place to purchase unless you can be there while the contractors are. Don't see my name? That's because it was never put on the file. 9/21/22 finally get a response and was again they lie. They came out and took pictures and knew of all the damages and promised to fix them and never came back. No one has ever reached out to me. Buyers beware NOW AS OF 7/28/2022 I still have a damaged home, my home was damaged in delivery I was lied to that Marty Wright would fix everything. Of course they are a ghost. The estimate to fix the damage is $12,000 and that is the stuff on the inside. The only thing they did was the steps and those are falling apart after 6 months. We don't even live in the home, so why the steps are falling apart I will never understand. This place is a joke, the employees are a joke and they do not at all care about their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE ONLY AFTER MONEY AND THEY ARE CROOKS. THIS WAS MY FIRST POST AND REVIEW I'm a first time home buyer and was kind of nervous and honestly just looking at houses. I'd been to one other place before visiting Marty Wright Homes and the guy just gave me a universal key to open all the houses. Then I visited Marty Wright and Destini helped so much and I actually found a place that really love, she was so hands on and helped me pick a place that met my needs. I highly recommend Destini and Marty Wright Homes NOW AS OF TODAY I am stuck with a home that has damages and was told by the repair man that was sent to fix the damages that he couldn't do it since the electrical and plumbing were completed. That part was not my fault, they sent the contractors to do the work. Since he has left I have heard nothing from Marty Wright staff and I feel I have been forgotten. I have supposedly been waiting on a inspection and found out today that the inspection was never called for. I agree with everyone who says do not waste your time with Marty Wright in Pageland.

This place is awesome. They have so much to choose from and if they don't have "on the lot", what you like they will make sure to show you other options. A girl named Destini that works there she went all out her way to make sure we were satisfied and happy with everything. She defiantly deserves a huge KUDOS. Thank you again Marty Wright of pageland, and GO SEE DESTINI!!!!!!
