I am not one to bash a company or write reviews but this NEEDS to be said about this company. It is horrible and if I could give it negative stars I would. The sales rep was more concerned about his bachelor party than taking care of clients. After getting my money and paperwork NOTHING was turned into the lenders for approval. My credit was not ran till 2 and a half weeks later after he gave my file to the owner whom he said could do a better job than him and he was leaving for his bachelor party. The owner ran my credit and did NOTHING else. My file was then given back to the original sales rep he continued to do NOTHING on my file. When I got fed up and demanded my money back he could not even be bothered to get that done. I would NEVER recommend Denham Springs Housing to my enemies!!!

Denham Springs housing is the best place to buy a home by far and I’ve checked with many many other places before going to DSH. They were were honest, genuine and very professional. My salesman Nick, went above and beyond to make sure everything got done the right way. As a single woman I had no idea where to start and he led me the whole way and put me in touch with the people they use and he just made my life so much better and easier. Miss Candy was the same way very helpful, understanding and went out of her way to help me as well. They never failed to return a single phone call to me and even would call me on the weekends when they were off of work or if it was a holiday. If I could give them a 10 rating I would! Thank you Denham Springs housing for everything you’ve done for me and I recommend you to any and everyone he’s looking for a new home and wants to be treated fair. Denham Springs housing is more than just a business they make you feel like family! Thanks again!
