So I did a application for Village park #28 they did not let me know they sold that property and I have section8 and the property manager give me a hard time because they know how section8 go and she did not give me time to get all of my paperwork turn in and waited into I paid the application fee to tell me I got denied

Impossible to get anyone to give me a call back. Just seems like they took my application money and started ignoring me. Sold my dog to get in here and still can't get a call back or an email. Very unprofessional.

Mom stayed there for 2 years no issues from her end. Floors was weak made noise every time you walk. Trees out side home filled with bees and wasps which she is allergic to and they said it was on her to spray trees even thou lawn care was monitored by community. l, I had to catch two mice in her home due to all the stray cats walking around. They happened 2 months after she moved in. Only response from the five was get traps. Used covid as reason not to come in. But had people there for move inspection with no mask. If you was one day late after the 5th expect to receive phone calls every day till paid. Rent went from 890 to 1141. Their reason was they was not renewing lease do to a letter she never received about renewing was force to move or give to a month to month that would have been another 100 on top of the 1141 for a 2 bed 2 bath that was an older unit
