Not only did I have to wait several hours after my appointment, but they will deny your prescription refill for a condition that doesn't go away, if you have a balance on your account. I have no qualms with paying them, but what sort of medical establishment spits in the face of the Hippocratic oath, what sort of establishment will click DENY on a prescription when APPROVE takes the same amount of effort. This is not a place I reccomend. I've reached out, asked to be patched through to file a complaint, no one is waiting on the other line. I left a message, we'll see if they respond. Just get your care from any other place that actually values your time and your health. They reached out and said that they are a business and care more about that than their patients. I responded to them that making someone wait a couple of hours after their appointment time is a terrible business practice as well, which they agreed with, but again they specifically only care about themselves, and not their patients. They will deny access to medicine until you see them again or you settle the balance which is outrageous when they can't even provide decent customer service.

Was a patient Of Greensboro Dermatology for years. Daniel Jones was my doctor. Haven't needed to see him for many years but now that I need to see a Dermatologist the front desk will not pick up the phone. Looking for a new provider.

Doctors are good but nurses/front desk lack costumer service. The system they use is flawed, I have never been to an office where your calls are not answered. You call and have to leave a message and HOPE someone calls you back. I will take our business somewhere else where they care about patients enough to even answer a call and return it.
