What a pleasant experience! After the fiasco at Gettel Toyota a few days ago, neighbors recommended Shepherd's Tire Pros. Shepherd's did a great job for a reasonable price, and I highly recommend them!

Shepherd's Tire Pros are awesome AND honest! My wife and I just bought a new car and had it less than a week when a dog ran into the road, causing us to swerve and hit a curb. It took a chunk out of the rim and caused the tire to blow out; we obtained a new rim & tire and took it to Tire KGDM (name shortened, but you can figure out who), who mounted the new tire on the new rim, balanced it and checked the alignment. They came back telling us that the front strut was bent with an estimate to repair & alignment for $750+. We decided to bring the car to Shepherd's for a second opinion, without telling them what part was supposed to be damaged. Shepherd's called us back - the car only needed an alignment, no damage to the strut or other parts, only $100 and driving better than new! A huge **THANK YOU** to Shepherd's for running an honest shop and treating people with integrity, we will be telling everyone about you and also the other lying business that tried to rip us off. We will be using you for not only our personal vehicles but our business vehicles too.

Having 2 flat tires is nearly as bad as having an inconvenient car accident. I called Shepherd's Tire, Kevin answered the phone. He was very helpful and told me to bring the car in. Once the tow truck arrived, the driver indicated that Shepherd's was a good place to take it. He dropped me and my sad little car off. Less than an hour later, I was back in my car and on the road. Kevin and his crew even checked out my alignment to make sure it wasn't damaged. If you need tires in a hurry, want a great customer service experience, then Shepherd's Tire is the place to go!!!

I've been going here since I was in my Kiwanis that is fine over 40 years now would recommend to anyone great selection of tires good work the light people great waiting room have TV sodas snacks would highly recommend anyone who has heavy trucks Duallys this is a place to be we'll fix you right up at a reasonable price
