True story. They told me I needed over $1900.00 worth of work to my AC, stating that they tested my system and that my evaporater was clogged and caused my pressure line to break. I took it somewhere else. Mechanic showed me the destroyed pressure line. Said there was absolutely NO WAY TO TEST AC system until line was replaced. Repair cost me $295.00. They FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. DO NOT TAKE YPUR VEHICLE HERE EVER!!!!!!!

Do not use the Fortiva credit option it's a scam. So right off the bat 35% interest rate and they charge a $49.00 yearly fee. Best to avoid this little scam on us economically disadvantaged people and go with a more reputable service and or credit system. $500.00 for front brakes and rotors. Well it could have been better. Simply it was costly you have one choice of parts and they wanted $1000 for front and rear brakes. The parts were way over priced, seriously over priced. The lock nuts were cracked and removed, not for a lack of a key, they just removed them. But they did not replace them. So I had to go an auto-parts store buy new lug nuts and put them on myself. Yes, this means they simply left the lug nuts off two of my wheels. Seven of the lug nut caps were lose and probably would have been lost if I had not checked them. Is this a big deal, possibly, for anyone that would not notice or they may have drove it as is, the other lug nuts loosing over time possibly causing a catastrophic failure, losing a wheel or broken lug bolts. Edited for clarification and resolution: The shop offered to replace cost of lug nuts about $7.00. Apologetic on the issue. Would I go there again or to a Pep Boys, F%$k-No.

Josh the Assistant manager of the store manager I for got his name but they were really great it was frustrating I had to wait for a while for tires but I saw what they were dealing with and I understood Josh made every thing Right

Found my battery dead this morning. Called them up and Josh and the crew quickly helped me out. This is my first time dealing with this location and I am very happy with the service.
