Never any one in office even during office hours. Park is falling apart. Sooo many issues and non addressed. Not a great place to live anymore.

It is a pleasant and beautiful place to have a good time with the family. Here you can make your barbecue and enjoy the pool.

Got a real bad alcohol problem in here and nobody follows the rules only when I need them

It's a mobile home park. There are HOA fees (from the second street to the back of the park). No idea about rentals.
Hello, we do have homes for sale. They are listed through different realtors in the area.
I don't know the rules about the camper since you actually own the lots when you buy a place there. As for renting a place, like I said, they are individually owned so you would have to look for any For Rent signs or check local rental apps to see if any owners placed an ad. The park itself doesn't have that info. We asked ourselves because we have been wanting to rent a place in there for a while. No luck yet. Hope it goes better for you.
There are no lots left or empty at this time.
Most of the people in our community genuine, caring, people I'm sure if you shared the info, that if anyone sees her they'll definitely lyk
The management does not know what properties are up for sell or rent. Interested persons need to come by and see what properties have for sell or for rent signs and call the numbers listed. I hope this helps!
None that I know of. Even in the parks where you buy the lot with the mobile home, you still have some HOA fees every 3 months or pay once a year. The lowest I've found is around $250 every 3 months. It covers the water, sewer, garbage and basic cable fees; plus the care of the pool and other amenities.
I just bought a place there, it is 55 and over a very nice and quiet community If you've seen younger people there they're probably Visiting and some of us older people do look a little younger than what we are
No
We do not have any rentals through our office. If there are any rentals you might be able to find them on sites like Zillow. Sorry we could not be more help.
No idea. But I do know there are no age restrictions, and the first street in the community you own the land. The rest of it has lot rentals. Hope that helps you.
I don't think there is one.
It's All Ages, Pets Allowed On Perimeter Of Park And All Of The Very First Street In The Neighborhood.
Sorry I don't know. You should probably call them directly!
There is no RENTAL office. Any property for rent is listed with various realtors or online.
