This is a great neighborhood store. The staff here does a great job, and I'm usually in and out quickly and my job gets done correctly. I would like to single out an exceptional employee who has helped me numerous times. Karen always has a smile on her face and is very knowledgeable of all the UPS products and services and is quick to assist me with all of my shipping needs. Keep up the great work at our Lockwood Ridge UPS store. Thank You for understanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. it means a lot!!!

I love that store the manager Keren is always ready to attempt me and return my things, usually is Amazon or something else, she is always gentle and attention, with a nice smile is always good to feel welcome.
