This UPS is fine. We have been several times. It's uncomfortable though when you walk in and a bald gentleman with tattoos makes eye contact with you several times but doesn't even say hello or greet you at all. Literally stood for about 5 mins no hello or "someone will be right with you" nothing. He was packaging up something in the main floor of the store. There was a kinder lady who was in the back wrapping up something for a customer and as soon as she appeared she said hello, greeted and shortly thereafter helped me return an item. Just something to mention for others to keep in mind.

Susie was amazing, she helped me greatly and was supper friendly. I would definitely give her a raise. 🙌

The WORST UPS store I have ever been to. It smells musty and like mold. Terrible customer service. I had to open a box here and they did not have a key to give me (???). I prepaid for 2 months and was told by Justin that he would have to call me when they make a key for my box (???). A month went by and I never got a key. I got a box elsewhere (they actually have a key when you make a purchase) and went back to this UPS to ask for a refund on ONE month...not even the full 2 months that I had paid for. Justin said he tried to call me once after he made the key, but he never left me a message, nor do I have any missed calls from unknown numbers. Mike, the manager, refused to give me even a month refund for a box I was never able to use. Money grab...I hope they at least get the stench out of their carpets with the money they took from me.

Great location that is easy to go to, drive up parking if you need to unload heavy packages, and a SUPER helpful and courteous staff. I have not used all of the services but the mailbox and shipping services are just right for me. I highly recommend this place if you need a shipping address.
