I know working in times like these can make work less enjoyable, yet customer service should be something held high in all businesses. Usually decent and punctual service, have never spent more than 15 minutes in the office. Today, I watched 2 customers be treated kindly in front of me, and the ones come in behind me greeted friendly, but I was not even spoken to and was actually kinda shocked that a demeanor could change so quickly in an associate. I mean tone of voice, facial expression, even the way the packages were handled was different. Was not given a receipt with a name on it. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.
