Great amazon return location. 2 stars because Employees are not engaged in customer service and can be rude. Notary is 10$$$ These locations are individually owned so I'm trying to support locally but UPS overall has declined over the years to an expensive step above USPS. No accountability or consideration for the paying customer!

I drove 30 minutes in heavy traffic to have a document notarized at the UPS Store at Braden River because they advertise on the internet that they offer that service, plus their instore and outside the store signage advertises this as well. After standing in line for several minutes, I was told no one there could do it. They had gone for the day. It was not even 4:30. I won’t waste my time on them again.

I stepped into the store and was asked less than politely to wait outside. Of course I did as social distancing is a must nowadays. I was waiting outside the store with 2 other customers that arrived just after me. Another customer decided that he did not want to wait and just walked in. He checked his mailbox and left. At no time did the employee who had asked me to step out addressed him. I was right at the door and it is a very small store so it was very easy to see. Myself and the other customers commented on the inappropriateness of that customer being allowed to check his mailbox ignoring social distancing norms. I continued to wait my turn patiently and went inside the store when called. I calmly asked the young long haired female employee the reason for not having directed the customer to wait outside. Her snippy answer was that “he has a mailbox in the store.” I then informed her that I also rent a mailbox in their store and that this should not preclude me or anybody else from social distancing. Anyway, during the rest of my visit her attitude was nasty, condescending, and less than helpful. I was trying to mail a package. Maybe she has a mystical knowledge that only those not infected with Covid-19 and who are immune to the disease rent their mailboxes. Regardless, I did mail the package, but she was horribly rude and needs some intensive customer service training.

Been going to The UPS for years, I loved coming to this location because the staff used to be so much better and friendlier. It was always great to stop in with a package and be greeted with a smiling face, the old store manger was fantastic, always so friendly and she knew all the customers. She was very reassuring when I would ship fragile items. I shipped a few pictures about a week ago and they all arrived broken :(
