Tammica is especially amazing at this UPS store! Visit this location for ALL your shipping/ printing needs. The store is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. They, literally, do every ING u can think of!! (even cable equipment & Amazon returns!) I've been to this location several times and have observed the utmost in customer service.

I stopped in this store to ship some things back home and the store was packed, however the girl at the register (Tamika, I think) was not fazed by this at all and although she was "in training" per her name tag, she appearsd to know exactly what she was doing. She assisted me, effectively, and provided exceptional customer service! I felt like we were old friends lol She smiled the entire time and was very pleasant and professional, not to mention very patient as some customers were very impatient and rude. I'd say Tamika is a definite keeper! Also the store was very clean and the music was a nice touch...keep up the good work! I will be back!

GREAT SERVICE! Needed to mail small gift items to family. Owner helped by providing perfect-sized box (small charge) and offered to pack it for me. I packed box myself (w/special tissue paper, card, etc.) but it was nice he offered. Location was not busy and I was in/out in just a few minutes. UPS delivered box to Orlando within 20 hours after I mailed it. You can count on UPS!
