I got a traffic ticket and I did not know about this ticket so it went into collections. Funny thing is they don’t offer you an opportunity to fix the problem they just want money and could care less about your situation. The only reason I know about it is because my license is suspended I’m from New York and this is the first time in my life have I ever got in trouble I really hate Tampa I don’t go there for anything anymore. Greed is what it is.

I called in to see if my traffic ticket court date was still going to be on 6-2-2020 and got right through pretty quickly with all that has been going on in 2020 and the representative was very helpful and polite and advised me it was rescheduled and I would be getting a notice in the mail and when I got off the phone and checked my mail the notice was there. I couldn't be happier at how efficient the system was, including the great customer service.

AT CHRISTMAS TIME 2021 i WAS OUT OF TOWN i HAD FAMILY IN TOWN VISITING O NE OF MY NEPHEWS BOROWED MY CAR ,AND HE UNAWARE GOT A TICKET FOR RED LIGHT CAMERA. i WAS CONTACTED QUITE A FEW MONTHS LATER,i MADE A COURT DATE FOR BY THIS TIME THE PRICE WASNUP TO $260.00 i WENT TO CIURT AND THE JUDGE LOWERED THE AMOUNT YO $75. I WASO K WITH Paying that also gave me 5 months to pay , I let my relitives know and they could decide how or who wpi;d pay, I honesly forgot about it ,needless to say it was never paid i recieved aletter stating my drivers licence would be suspened on 4/11/2022 if not paid ,I worked very hard to make the extra $100.00 to pay the ticket ,I called the traffic dept and i mae thrm awatre that the11th wasa on a Monday and asked if it would be okay to pay the tickrt on line over the weekend,The agent told me that it wouldbe fine as long as it was paid before midnight on Sunday,I tried to pay it on line on SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AND COULD NOT MANAGE TO DO IT , RECORDING SAID NO .
