Yesterday was my second round and last time I will play Burning Ridge. It appears that 5-somes AND 6- somes are permitted. My group was behind a 6-some. I called the pro shop from the 4th fairway and a ranger drove out to talk with them. The 6-some basically told him to pound sand. They continued to hold us up on the front 9 but we passed them at the turn when they stopped to grab more beers. From the 10th green we saw them teeing off. You would think that the Pro would have addressed them when they stopped. Never happened. On the back 9 we saw a 5-some. At the end of my round I went looking for the pro but he was nowhere to be found. Folks, this is no way to run a golf course. Find some other course to play in the Myrtle Beach area.

Always great place to play. Not far from the airport. Greens and fairway are always perfect. I play there as much and pace of play approx. 4hrs

Deceptively difficult, this course will make you think before you swing. Very nice employees and overall a nice course.

Great pro shop. Great staff. Well manicured course. Interesting holes. Scenic.
