I’ve always had excellent service and a wonderful experience dealing with UPS Customer Care and the delivery drivers. I get deliveries from USPS, FedEx and other couriers and UPS is the only courier that actually delivers to the front door and knocks. I’ve had my packages from USPS & the others left on my sidewalk & behind my vehicle as well as on my vehicle damaging the paint. I’ve never had a missed delivery and the drivers are always courteous. Should there ever be a time where I have an issue I’m sure it will be resolved without any trouble. If you treat others with dignity and respect you will get a better response. If you treat others poorly then you will continue to have issues no matter who you deal with.

Well UPS AS DONE IT AGAIN, I Guess sending a report to Better Business Bureau-BBB will help.. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY SAID THAT THEY CAME BY 6-2-22 AT 10:00 AT NIGHT AND RECEIVER WASN'T HOME. I HAVE CAMERAS AND I WAS HOME THEY NEVER CAME BY. THEN I GO TRACK MY PACKAGE AND IT SAYS the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. THAT WAS 5 DAYS AGO.. THEY HAVE LOST/STOLEN MY PACKAGE.. UPS HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER,IT SHOULDN'T TAKE 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET A PACKAGE FROM THE SAME CITY YOU LIVE IN, SMH... They are the worst delivery service in history and looking back,reading all theses BAD REVIEWS, UPS do NOT care.

Absolutely pathetic. Their hours of operation are a lie. I tried to pick up a package today Saturday 5/7 at 11:45am and gate was closed. Posted hours are 10:00am to 1:00pm. I went to the truck entrance and an employee simply said that the Customer Center was not open because nobody who works there came in today. It really says something when a company like UPS lowers their standards so much that they disrespect their customers like this.

My sons medical supplies were delivered (4 boxes) and I asked the driver if he could put the boxes in front of my garage. He replied, I’m really busy and he drove off. I was in shock… very rude!, he needs to be reported. Never had this happen before. I like to know what I could do to prevent this from happening again. I called the medical supply company and I’m not sure what else to do.

Yes you can and you could send a document either 2 day air or 3 day air if you want and if you want you can send it early morning am For the document to be received early in the morning or you could send it railer today air and it will be there that DAY
You have to pack it up or take it to the USP store.they will help you with that but bring the label

Yes, only if you call ahead and see if they have the package. A lot of times the package will still be on the driver's truck and if they don't get back before the counter closes you'll have to wait until the next morning.
