This place is extremely busy. I really liked Dr. O at the first visit. I felt pretty good after the first ESI. Since then, the standard of care has been shockingly bad. I’ve had four more visits during which I’ve had one more injection and received no medication. I’ve spent several hours waiting and a lot of money in out-of-pocket payments for these for follow ups. After the second injection made me worse, I had an appointment with the PA once again. I wanted to try another injection or anything else asap, but he insisted that I needed to speak with the doctor to confirm the plan. I made a follow up with the doctor for the following week. Just before the appointment, I learned the doctor was unavailable to see me for that follow up (that was specifically set with him). They wanted to have me see a PA again. Obviously that would have been a waste of time given what I was told at the last visit. I am in so much pain that I pleaded with them to just have the doctor call me whenever he is available. The “appointment” would have lasted about 2-3 minutes. They agreed to pass along the message, but I’ve heard nothing. I know they are not intentionally being cruel but it really feels that way.

The experience I had here today was unpleasant. As a new patient I would.recommend not to come her nor will.income back.. They make you come in 45mins early go fill out paper work. They had me wait an hour and half and still no doctor. I walked out no one should ever have to wait this long to see a doctor.. No one ever came to my room and said a few minutes long.. Horrible service

Everybody is extremely professional and friendly which makes you comfortable to be there. The nurses, Heidi and Doctor o seemed like they truly care about your well-being. You're not just going to this place for an appointment without them really seeing how things are going with you in every aspect. All fantastic and don't plan on going to any other doctor ever on my neck and hip problems

After having cancer twice, I have a lot of chronic pain from different treatments. Learning to manage all my pain and all the different options has been super challenging. Even worse, has been finding kind, caring and empathetic doctors, nurses and everyone involved with your medical care. Luckily for me, I found Florida Pain Group. This location is the BEST!!! When you come in, you are greeted, processed easily and off to see the doctor. I will be the first person to admit, sometimes you will have a long wait. Totally WORTH IT. I understand how frustrating it is to sit for an hour waiting for your appointment, they do have really great wifi and I just plan on being there for a couple hours. Sometimes, it's only 20 minutes. The Staff and Dr. Stone care about how you feel and what you need. I have read the other reviews, it's true, they are limited by insurance, state regulations and even you. They manage to handle all those problems with care and tirelessly. If you need pain management, call and make an appointment. Do understand they have to manage your care and that doesn't always mean narcotics.

It has amazingly caring surgeons. I'm a senior, they take Medicare so probably on Medicaid but call to clarify
If you call now & make a appointment you most likely will be able to see one of the dr.'s or one of the nurse practitioners. They are all wonderful, I've been a patient for about 4 1/2 years & they have helped given me back some of my life ❤
Hi Ashley, a representative from our team will be reaching out to you shortly to answer your questions or feel free to call (813) 437-1636 to connect with a scheduling specialist. Thank you!
Agreed Jeff first appt. Shouldn't be that much but if you call the office they can give you that answer
It depends on your insurance. You can call them or your insurance and get a quote.
No MRI on site. They may prescribe medication to you at the first visit, it’s entirely up to the treating physician. Also, be aware that you have to sign a treatment contract stating that you will not get pain medications from any other source; that you will not sell your medication; that you will not use illicit drugs; and that you agree to random drug testing. And, yes, you will be submitted to random drug tests multiple times a year and they will pull your pharmacy records to see if anyone else is prescribing to you (at every visit). If you can’t agree to the contract, don’t seek care here.
