It is not a public library. It is an office building now. It hasn't been a library for 50 years. The closest library is the Germany Library downtown on Ashley Street.

Hi Luanne, the Tampa Free Library is the administrative offices for Tampa-Hillsborough County Public Library. The closest public library locations, both which offer courtesy faxing, are the Robert W. Saunders, Sr., Public Library and the John F. Germany Public Library. https://hcplc.org/locations
