I had a wonderful dining experience today. First time at Smokey Bones and Michael, the Manager on Duty was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was on point, checking in with my table frequently, making sure we were 100% satisfied with our visit. We will definitely be back and recommend to others.

My first time back in over 5 years because food and service used to be horrible. Bartender was great and very friendly. Food was very good! A little overpriced, they should definitely try to offer a local flavor or groupon to bring customers in. The restaurant was dead. Maybe 2 other people at the bar and 3 tables seated.

We have to drive a bit to get here but it was well worth it. The food was hot and awesome. Mariah was on top of everything our whole visit. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. This was one of our first times since the onset of the pandemic that we actually sat down to eat.

It was a great dinning experience. The food was very good. The portions were a nice size and I left full. Our server Sandra was a special Lady. She was very polite, always with a smile and very helpful. She made us feel at home and part of the family. A genuine real person. We will be back and will tell others about our experience.

Talking to the manager is totally useless, he just stares at you with a blank look and says "Sorry"!

Everything was sanitized, even the bathrooms. The wait staff wore masks and clean aprons. I believe the kitchen crew that I saw were wearing gloves. All patrons during our visit wore masks until they approached their table. I felt very comfortable during the length of our visit.
I dont know about online but in The restaurant they serve you when they feel like it. Dont waste your time here.
