Best buy is always out of everything all of the time. I'm not sure how they are even in business. It doesn't make sense.

Awesome Best Buy location with great customer service. Employees are attentive and very helpful. What makes this location great is the fact that they will turn down scalpers (aka, people who buy multiple units of hard to find products and resell them for a very high amount). I’ve been trying to get a PS5 since 2020 and finally found one available at this location!

Great service and easy buying experience. They've come a long way since the days of chasing you around the store berating you to buy over priced stuff. Staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with, and best of all prices were competitive with anyone.

Friendly but not a fan of 5 people greeting me at the door asking what I want. Just let me shop. 90% of the time I just want to look around. Also, stop selling video cards to scalpers. I can't buy a 3070 if my life depended on it.

There were alot of workers there and they were all glad to help me and everyone else I saw, next time you call try transferring to geek squad, they should be able to help you with just about anything in the store and there's usually quite a few of them at a desk and on the sales floor
If you're a best buy elite member you have 30 days from purchase date to return. If you're not you only have 15 days.
They will more than likely just direct you to call the manufacturer, but you can try.

I did a little digging and it looks like Ori and the Blind Forest for Xbox One is available for digital download. I could not find anything named Ori and the Dark Forest though.
I don't think so. They will just take some if you are upgrading.
