Took a Deer here not too long ago because I didn’t have a grinder. I told them I wanted ground, butterfly’s for my back straps, and Steaks. Instead the lady there wrote down chops for my back straps while telling me there the same as butterflies. Next she told me since I cleaned and cut the deer myself I would only have to pay $80. When I picked up my processed meat a week later they charged me $120 and only gave me 5 small slices of chops that supposedly are the back straps . There is no way that your only getting 5 small chops from 2 back straps that are more than 3 feet long. Guaranteed they stole those back straps and took around 3/4 of the meat from both of them. From what I heard most if not all butcher shops take there portion of meat. I would recommend buying a grinder and learning to do it yourself you can’t trust no one these days.

Love your pulled pork, but why does it take 3 women to wait on one person in Market Square? 2 women could be waiting on people while 1 takes the money. Would move things a little faster, j/s. Literally, 3 women waited on 1 customer at a time. Worth it for the pork though.
