If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. I ordered a tall shaken espresso with no ice. When I picked it up it was not full. This location has done this with my order several times before with various drinks, hot and cold. I usually just wrote it off to new staff or being busy. This time I asked why it wasn’t full and the person at the window could not give me a answer. She did not apologize or even offer to fill up the cup. I have had no issues at any other location. This location always messes up my order and I usually just shrug it off. I go here because it is close to my work. From now on I will go somewhere else and recommend that you do as well.

The coffee is as good as you'd expect from Starbucks. The service there has always been good for us, and they are patient when I have a hard time deciding what to order. It's always incredibly fast getting our order, even though almost every time we have been here, it's busy.

All of the employees at all of the many Starbucks that I have patronised over the years have always been professional, hardworking, and pleasant- even when they have been very, very, very busy. Even with that impressive measure, the two women, at this shop, who attended to my order, are at the top of the list. Excellent. Highly recommended.
