My wife and myself ate there on Sunday around 2:00pm it was the worst ever this used to be one of our favorites. The salad was wilted it took for ever to get our food it was not what my wife ordered and my stake was small and done wrong.

Talking to the manager is totally useless, he just stares at you with a blank look and says "Sorry"!

I agree. Talking to the manager is a total waste of time. I don't know how they can call themselves a manger there except for their paycheck. They have absolutely no manager qualities when dealing with the customer. I will never patronize Smokey Bones again.

Managers are a joke. They are too busy flirting with staff to worry about customers. It’s like a singles bar there

Management there does not care about the customer or quality of food. I have been told by employees when it's safe to order a steak or burger depending on who is cooking.

Speak to the manager. There seems to be a decrease in quality recently.
