Won't respond to script request renewal from PUBLIX. Office does not communicate with patients. My recommendation are to move on to one of the many others good doctors in the area.

I would have given them 0 if there was a chance. It's the worst place. I stayed with them for over 3 years just because it is hard to switch doctors. As an integrative medicine place, they are so quick, Dr. Brainard was even pushing on prescribing a medication. When I asked that I would like to find the reason for my symptoms, the answer was that we were not going to be able. One of my visits, Dr. Brainard was in the room for literally 5 minutes. She didn't even sit down. I started seeing one of the other doctors there. One of my physicals, I was talking about my migraines, and they billed me more because I was having a problem. Today, after taking off of work and going to my apartment, they said it was not scheduled, and even applying that this is my mistake. The girl on the front desk kept saying, "We would not schedule an appointment like this." "We would not.." I understand that this is my experience, and I tried to give them a chance and stayed with them for almost 4 years. And had multiple situations that I was not treated with respect. There are maybe people very happy with them, but they definitely do not treat everyone the same.

I relocated from N.J. after a terrible car accident that resulted in surgery. It’s so hard to find a good primary doctor but was lucky enough to find Dr Brainard. She is the most fantastic doctor, wonderful listener and uniquely nurturing while always being professional. Im so grateful for all her medical care and wise recommendations to the specialists I needed. She even recommended a psychologist to help with PTSD & anxieties, who I can honestly say saved my life. I highly recommend her if you're looking for the very best! I told a friend who relocated from upstate NY and Dr Brainard found a lump in her breast early enough & saved her life! She's truly a rarity in this profession, a blessing! You may have to wait, but well worth it..!!

I had an awful experience with Dr. Brainard. She recommended Alpha Genomic testing - which is testing to tell you what medicines agree with your genetic nakeup. I was having anxiety issues and she said the testing would help her with what to prescribe. Having never heard of this testing, I asked if it was covered by insurance. By the way, my husband was in the room with us during this appointment, and remembers this too. Dr. Brainard leaves the room to ask if the testing is covered, and comes back in and says it is. Long story short, it wasn't and now I have a bill for $499.00, and she won't stand behind what she originally told us. Her nurse Wendy also told us this happened to a couple of other people. One who she said backed out of the testing after she had given blood but before the test was done, because she found out it wasn't covered. I wish they had been honest with me. This is just not a good place to go for good honest care.
