I first leased a car with empire in 2019 i had my car which was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for 3 years no problems they always worked with me as long as you communicate they understand any situations that may come up, they make sure if anything go’s wrong they fix the problem all the ppl who work there are very nice and understanding. In 2021 i upgraded my car to a 2013 Kia Optima i love everything about my car they actually helped me in a situation i was in with my down payment I’ve had no problems if i ever do all i have to do is take it to them and they will fix it this is the Best Buy here pay here car lot i highly recommend them if you see this review tell them i sent you
