Nice place to live. Some homes need cleaning up around them, but over all very nice community. You always have some people who have nothing better to do but start conflict, but that is everywhere.

Exceptionally clean resident owned mobile home park with 440 units, mostly double wides. When you drive in you notice how uniform everything is and it has that Florida feel with all the palm trees lining the streets. Cars are not parked on the streets, everyone has the same light post and 90% have concrete drives. The rules are strictly enforced and that keeps it looking clean and modern. The pool is extremely large with a very nice club house. Walmart Neighborhood Market, Aldees and Publics are within 1/2 mile.

Sorry Westwinds is senior mandated. 55 and over only!!!
They are not required to allow anyone under 55+ but they can allow up to 20% to be under 55. You just need to check with each community you are interested in
