We have many great friends that live here. Everyone is so welcoming and I love how they do their golf cart parades and rides. Very cool. Plus they have a great manager, Karen.

I live here and there are some of Florida's nicest neighbors right here.Staff and management are great.Pet friendly and people friendly, clean,well kept..who would need more😊

Gina if u are grandfathered in its only 380 400a month if not any where between 400 550 no more . Lincoln trailer park if ur right age I believe its 50 is only 250 to 300 a month i dont no all rules tho ! Who ever plam village dont have many rules any age acceptable
