It's got to be peace station and not at the pumps seem to function the place was closed too so that could be the issue but they did take my money $200 I got no gas

My husband and I live next door at Braden Castle, which we love. All of the neighbors told us that we could use the pool and laundry facilities, as the parks a coexist for years peacefully. We brought 2 loads of laundry to do and in mid wash, a man claiming to be the property manager approached us very aggressively, frightening me, and telling us to leave the premises, that even as a neighbor in a co owned park. I proceeded to remove my wet, dripping clothing from the machines, disabled and all and left immediately. I can't recall a time ever that we have been treated with such disrespect and feeling in fear. Do NOT go near this place. No telling what might happen or who may pop out of the closet and assault you.

Current lot fee is $720 -$ 855 , there is a yearly increase every January . Fees include Water ,Sewer, Garbage and Lawn care . Rentals are allowed but no air b&b or vrbo. Minimum rental time 3 month or up . Everyone coming in has to have a background and credit check and be approved .

Hello Barbara, Two Rivers is located along the Braden River which is affected by the tides , however historically the community has had very few occasions of flooding that affected homes.(only aware of one about 15 -20 years ago when a dam had to be opened ) We get some wet streets when it rains hard and we are at high tide.
