Was a beautiful place to live until board president and manager became more interested in selling and making commission than maintaining our park. Clubhouse has been locked now for 7 months and recently they added deadbolts. We have no idea why this happened , so as residents we no longer have keys to clubhouse. Our rent just raised. Maintenance of restroom, pool deck and furniture, storage area (resident who chose to use it pay $40 a month) has knee high weeds , just to mention a few. Maybe new management would bring us back to paradise.

Residents are really nice, but management is horrible!!!! Manager is nice until you sign the papers, then starts to hassle you about things that were approved at signing. Club house is closed, locks changed. Lots of gunshots from surrounding area. Very disappointed!

Co-op is resident owned but Management and board members are not for residents. Only do what they want to do. Clubhouse closed for 8 months. Management changed locks, no resident can get in clubhouse. Residents afraid of harassment from manager and co-op president.

My husband and I purchased in 2008. Since then there have been many improvements, i.e. pickle ball courts, bocce courts and horseshoe courts. All these add to the quality of life and add many opportunities to socialize with others. In addition there are shuffleboard courts, pool, several dances, barbeques, potlucks, etc. The managing board is continually updating infrastructure and maintaining park assets. Plantation Village is a great place to live.

I would like to find an affordablecoop not far front.myers Bradenton.doesn't need to be too modern but we'll kept.

Can I purchase a manufactured home with land ownership? I will not consider a land lease! Also, how much are HOA fees? Quarterly or monthly? Thank you for your time. I will be in Bradenton in early September 2019.

A co-op share is $45 thousand but does not include the home on the lot. You can also buy the share and put a home on a vacant lot if available. As a share owner , the HOA fees are currently (2019) $225/month and include water, sewer, trash, lawn maintenance, cable TV & internet. I bought over 2 years ago. The park has many upgrades ,is well maintained and has friendly 55+ residents and lots of community activities. The gates close at 7 P.M. so it's a very secure park. I do not know if there are any homes currently for sale where you can purchase the co-op share. You can call the office. They would know.

Are there units for rent in this park? We recently visited this park and really like the feeling. We are from Canada and are now interested in renting in February 2018 and hope to look at buying in the near future in this park.
