After speaking with the community manager about the property, she provided me and my wife with an appointment time and day. The biggest thing that I felt could have been improved from my experience there was timeliness. The manager was not in the office we arrived, but again, I'm very strict about time and schedules so maybe it was just me. Just a few minutes and the manager introduced herself. After taking me out around the community, it was very clean and pleasant. We met a few of the residents. I think we might consider building a house, which could take 1 year according to the manager. Maybe it's not the right time, but I will consider them!

No pets supposedly. A little pricey and they charge for watching a movie in there clubhouse? Is that legal? New management coming. We'll see what happens.

It depends where you're located. Inside sites are $558.81, corner lots are $587.00 and ones on the lake are ( I think)$607.00.. Hope this helps. And this price includes your water, sewer, and trash pickup. Plus lawn maintenence.

How many pets are you allowed to have

Depends on your you are located.

I moved here in 2012 so my terminally ill husband could be near his mother. I paid 499 a month then. The price increase of 25 or more has never been justified. I now have cancer and $0 income. Where am I supposed to come up with almost 700 a month?

I wish I knew the answer to your first question but I've never got an explanation as to why our rent goes up that much every year.. When I moved here in 2015, I was told they didn't raise the rent every year by Mike. But he lied..
