I live across the street from this mobile home park and where the manager lives. There are young men, that are the manager's sons friends,that use 26th AveW., as their personal racetrack. Cars speeding, going 60-70 mph, in a 15 mph zone, they're revving there engines at 3:30a.m in the morning, no parents at home with teenagers, running the streets sometimes till 4 a.m. I personally, have spoken to the ones driving, these cars and ask them not to speed down the street because there are little kids around and they could hit one and if they lost control of their vehicle, or they could take out a couple of mobiles along with ALL the vehicles parked on both sides of the street. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT, who lives on sight?????? NOT AT HOME. I REPETE, NOT AT HOME!! IT STARTS WITH THE MANAGEMENT, SO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS OR THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED EVERY NIGHT, TILL YOU DO!!!!! When I left my business card, on the owners car window, with "call me" on it, this is what I had to say, to him. I tell it like it IS!! When the people come to your park as a guest, they should show RESPECT FOR OTHERS WHO LIVE IN THE AREA!!!!!

Garbage there's debris and stuff all over the mobile home park it's disgusting I wouldn't rent their I've worked on a few of them there and they are disgusting
