Visited my mom here, very nice, clean park. Everyone has been very friendly.

Very nice mobile home park and the amenities are brand new. The pool is also nice to relax in and melt your stress away. 😀

Absolutely horrible experience. Lived there 4 years and mom lived there for 20...the residents have not once ever said as much as a hello while passing by. The worst management I've ever seen. Rules of the property seem to change every other day. Every time you think you're doing something right we d turn around and there would be another issue they had with us. It almost became a form of harassment. They Could use a little more security by the pool area.. No lifeguard on duty ever so when the grandkids came to visit we'd have to play life guard now we are good respectful church going people...kept to ourselves and never bothered a soul. You would think after 3 years of living there you'd think you'd get at least! At least one Hello from someone. I never in my life have ever felt so unwelcomed I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking for stuck up old miserable tich trolls who have nothing else better to do than gossip and judge. The management the absolute worse...

Are any places available for rent or sale?
No. Since it is a 55+ park the biggest disturbances are ambulances.
No we bought.
We live in Iowa so I guess we'll call for lot#s
There's one place that has a For Sale sign.
I believe so as long as you are 55 or older, and there is something available to rent. You will have to pass a background check and be vetted by the property management company in Hawaiian Village as well...
Hello, our weather here is generally very nice. We do have a winter period where it is colder but we do not get the cold weather of the north. Ft. Myers is roughly 2 hours away.
Hello, they have to qualify to live in the community (55+) and would need to be approved as an additional occupant. We do have limits on how many homes can be rented out. If you could give our office a call we can clarify. Hawaiian Village (941) 755-6103.
Hello, it depends on the season. Right now we have 2 1970's homes that are in that price range. The best place to look would be on our website.
No, you don't have to be 55 to live there. They do accept a certain number of people under 55.
It is 55+, small pets ok. You will need to check with office for availability.
