Dr. Lemay explained procedures and thoroughly answered all questions I had. She was quick with procedures, and made me feel very at ease. It doesn't take long to realize she is skilled and very experienced and still has a comforting demeanor with the patient. The staff is also very responsive with messages and appointments.

Best practice , even better Doctors and nurses. I was recommended this practice by numerous people who had nothing but great things to say about it , especially Dr Hansill. Now I’m doing to the same thing for a few expectant mothers bc I was so pleased with my experience . I have severe anxiety so at times it was difficult experience for me.The caring drs and nurses always took my feelings into consideration and put my mind at ease best they could . Dr Hansill delivered my beautiful baby and sent my family and I home safe . Thank you West Coast!

My annual was coming up and I decided I wanted to switch gyno offices. West Coast was the first on my list to try, and thankfully I didn’t have to go further. I decided to go off the pill for the first time in 10 years. After a few months I felt better than ever, and decided I still wanted protection against pregnancy so I’d get a copper IUD. The only problem was, I had a hormonal IUD for 8 months years prior, and the insertion was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. The memory of it still makes me lightheaded. I expressed to NP Julie that I wanted the IUD but wanted to know if there were sedation options because I was never going to be able to go through that pain a second time. She completely took her time and walked me through all non hormonal options to make sure this is what I really wanted. She spoke with Dr. Hansill and they came up with a plan, including a cervical blocker. NP Julie wanted to be there with me for the insertion to make sure I was ok, so I had to wait a little while for their schedules to align. Before I left, Dr. Hansill grabbed me to give me a pep talk in the nurses station. This morning I finally went for it. I wanted to call it off from the day before all the way to when I was on the table, but NP Julie and Dr. Hansill reassured me every step of the way. The cervical blocker was barely a pinch and the insertion barely a cramp. This office really made me feel heard, validated, and cared for. It’s lovely to feel so safe in such a vulnerable situation. I’m glad I found this office first!

I have been going to West Coast for 7+ years now. The doctors and staff are very nice and have their patients best interests in mind. I would recommend them to any family or friend looking for an OB/GYN. They go above and beyond when and where needed between the office and the hospital.
