MetroConnect has been a great company to work with. They helped us weed through all our options for a business phone and lines. We did make the decision to go with them and there are no regrets. Our company is a "work from home" travel company which started out with four people...each one of us has our own phone and when clients call the main line, there are options to reach the one person with whom they want to talk. As COVID reared its ugly face and a lot of businesses folded, our company stayed strong with only one of us going in a different direction. MetroConnect was very helpful in reducing our needs. It is great that if we have an issue or a question I can call and speak to a real person without having to go through a menu. They always return calls in a short time and the personal service they provide is outstanding. They care about our business and understand how much we rely on our phone system. We feel that they will drop everything to help us. We are a small medical office that relies on a reliable phone and fax system. We used to have service through a large well known company and when we had issues I would have to call their customer service located in another state, listen to a menu, select the reason I was calling, wait on hold, talk to first level support that was never able to resolve the problem, the agent would put a "ticket" for 2nd level to investigate, days later someone would call me to tell me that a tech had to be dispatched to resolve our issue. After another few days the tech would come out and run tests and tell me that he did not have what was needed to resolve the issue and tell me that he would order the part. two weeks later they finally resolved our problem.
