I called to schedule an exam and bloodwork for my dog. This being my first time, I had some questions. The employee by the name of BARBARA was so rude. She did a superb job at making me feel as if I was bothering her with my questions. Half way through our interaction I thought about hanging up because if she was already so rude to me; how was the rest of the staff going to treat my dog. Now I understand why this place has a low rating. Very sad. To Ms. Barbara. I encourage you to be kind to callers and potential new clients. YOU are the first impression for your office and a direct reflection of the care our animals receive. Please be kinder or maybe stay away from answering the phone.

Great place! My husband and I take our cat here for her check ups and shots and she loves all the nurses and the doctor and the doctor even kissed her and said she was cute. We love this place for treating my baby like a princess 👸 the baby had some cat acne on her chin and they gave us medicine and it went away in four days. 👍

This place was amazing. I can't give enough praises for this pet hospital. My cat was having a reaction to a flea and tick medication and had to take her as an emergency and they immediately told me to go in and they put her in a room. The vet saw her within ten minutes and he explained everything well and was so kind. The staff was absolutely amazing as well. The prices were so reasonable. I will definitely be switching to this pet hospital for my pet's care.

This is truly the best Pet Hospital and the Greatest Veterinarian ever. Dr. B was extremely caring and showed compassion towards both my dogs. I visited this Vet with several last minute emergencies. Dr B always had the right solution. His many years of experience put me at ease knowing I went with the best. Having him as our Doctor has been a true blessing. I’ve visited many Vets from Sherman Oaks to West Covina and none came close. The entire crew was so professional. The part that got me was I could hear them talking to my boys the way I talk to them. Any Pet owner will know what I mean.
