Always had excellent service here called for covid test 24 to 48 hrs for appointment took test not coordinated, two days later still waiting on results. 5 day wait? My son paid 50 same day results?

Always great experience when I come to this location! The staff is nice and friendly! Love my primary care physician who's at this location. I've never had any problems getting the care I need in a timely manner!

Horrible concierge service. I would rate my experience as the worse customer service of my life. The rude, obese woman at the check in desk, denied me service and sent me home after I tried to check in fifteen minutes passed my appointment time. She did not bother to ask what my visit was for nor offered any assistance. I have severe back pain and headaches from giving birth. Reason for being late were due to my inability to move quickly and care for my newborn. I was not able to function well yet I risked to drive myself and newborn baby to the ER to the Baldwin Park location. I am changing my primary doctor because of her poor service.
