This review is more of a low point for Mercedes’ as a whole. I have a 2016 AMG GTS that I purchased a few months ago. After the dealership that it was purchased from (Audi of Melbourne, which is part of Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Audi of Melbourne) refused to do the B service that was overdue by over a year. I take the car to Fields for a headlight issue. The amber marker on the passenger side apparently popped loose at some point in time, during the months I owned it. I figured no big deal, they can fix this. Boy was I mistaken. I was quoted $3300 for a new headlight, all because of a probably $5 piece of plastic that snapped free. I was asked when the technician took a look, “did you hit a pothole or something?” If all it takes is hitting a pothole, that sounds like a clear manufacturer defect. I really don’t understand why this is even a discussion. It is clearly a manufacturer defect. They should have just used the European headlight which does not have this piece. It seems very odd that something so simple could not be repaired.

Yes. It's a small spare only temp use and a small wind jack. In the trunk under the trunk panel. It's easy to use and most mercedes have built in little slots on the sides of the car where the jack goes

There are two different ways you can use the manual key. There is a slot in the center console by the cupholder where the key fob goes in the event that the key fob is not working or the battery is dead, the blade key which is also the valet key gets removed from the key fob to lock the glove box and if the vehicle is without power and will not allow keyless go functions it utilizes as a tool to remove the cover over the driver’s door handle and to also manually unlock the vehicle.
