I took my 2021 Honda Accord in because it did not seem to be shifting as it should and there may be an oil drip under the car. The car is still covered under the warranty as that it is only 1 year old. Best part about the experience was that I was able to bring my car into the dealership service on a Saturday which is why they get 2 stars. I am an RN and work Monday through Friday. Marcy the service specialist told me i had to leave my vehicle because they could not do any diagnostics on it until Monday. I called Monday and Tuesday with no return calls and finally on Wednesday, I received a call that nothing was wrong with my transmission and that the oil drip was the loose oil pan bolt. Marcy suggested a transmission flush for $340 and that she would give me a coupon discount because of the price. I agreed for them to do the flush. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was given a bill for over $500. They actually charged me $149 to tighten the bolt on the oil pan. What a complete rip off! The service manager said he would try and help but could not do much. I ended up paying $488 for a transmission flush and a tight bolt. I am never going to that dealership again. If I have an issue with the car, I will go to Tampa. Hopefully they will have better communication and service.

An honest used car salesman is something I hadn’t encountered until coming to Regal. Jordan was up front and honest from the start and worked with me on the price even though the listed price was already more than fair. Ryan the finance manager stayed late to help me take our new van home the same day. They were both amazing. Hoping this car lasts A long time but will definitely be back to Regal Pre-Owned!!!

My wife and I are new to the area and were welcomed by a very friendly staff. Our salesperson Douglas Maynard guided us through the process of trading in our old vehicle and coming to terms on a new vehicle way easier and in less time than we thought was possible. His low pressure approach along with his experience and knowledge was a breath of fresh air! We’ve purchased several vehicles over the years and have never come close to a more pleasurable experience. You have to wear a mask. Not to many people inside.
You will need some type of credit history unless you are planning to put a large down payment. Interest rates will also be much higher for you.

When I went up there a few days ago, everyone inside was for the most part wearing masks. The people outside were not. Sign on the door says masks are required.
