I’ve been to this Kia several times and each time, they were super helpful. Last year, my boyfriend and I got a 2021 Kia Forte GT through Victor. He’s seriously the best, and super helpful. My boyfriend and I came back today to get another car, and again, Victor came through and helped us out! So, if anyone needs a car, Victor is the man to go to!

This makes the 3rd Kia I’ve bought just in the last year. Yesterday I only went to Kia to take my wife’s 2019 Kia Sorrento in for service. But ended up seeing this new 2022 Sorrento and knew my wife would love the new color. So her birthday being this Friday I went ahead and got it. We used Willy for my daughters 2021 Kia Forte and Willy did us great. So it was a no brainer to use Willy again. All the staff at Kia Regal always treats us very well. Willy goes above and beyond to hook me up with anything additional. That’s what brings customers back. Good Job Willy and Regal Kia.

Thank you for your feedback. We use Kia Genuine parts, as do other Kia dealerships, sometimes that causes the price to be higher. We would be glad to look into pricing aftermarket parts if that is what you are interested in to keep costs down.
The additional amount is taxes, they are not generally computed when giving an estimate. In future if you ask your service advisor the exact amount they can let you know!

Take it to a dealership
ask KIA if they'd be willing to somehow help you or tell you how to get rid of the odor , since they found it
Wow,I have a 3.7 litre I wouldn't tow that capacity in weight.I think you can get accurate facts from Kia. If you had the dealer install it,surely they would be able to provide max specs. Not saying 5,000 lbs is wrong,its more than I would do,and I do it for a living.
