Hiring Tom to help with our case was a great decision. I was at ease once he was representing us. Very knowledgeable and professional, from beginning to end he answered all our questions. Mr. Grajek is a competent and confident attorney. He shows up on time and is well prepared to defend his client. I was very impressed with his professionalism in the court room. His straight to the point, no nonsense and direct attitude in his office could be a little concerning if you have had no experience with someone who defends criminal cases. His experience, advice and direct attitude was definitely eye opening for me. Would recommend him to anyone who is facing the legal system. I appreciated his direct, honest advice. Thankful he was the attorney who was highly recommended in our case. The type of attorney you want in your corner in a criminal case. His ability to think fast and know the appropriate questions to ask was impressive. Beyond grateful!

Questions & Answers

I was acquitted of a crime a few months ago. Can I pursue a lawsuit to get my private attorneys fees back, money the customer owed me, and sue Polk County police for the arrest?

You can sue the person and file a civil rights lawsuit. Collecting on a judgment against a person is not guaranteed. To sue the police, you need a civil rights lawyer.

Under Florida law, when a warrant (capias) is issued for your arrest, your license is suspended until the warrant is resolved (withdrawn). Other states may or may not honor that suspension. Your state is so you would have to get the case back into court and resolve the outstanding warrant. You will have to appear in court in Florida to do so and could get jail time. Call me for a free consultation so I can discuss your case in detail as I researched your case and know why the warrant was issued.

How much will it take im not rich

Fees depend on what you were charged with and how much time it will take to defend. Feel free to give me a call to set an appointment for a free consultation. After discussing your case, I can tell you what defenses you have, how we would defend you, what penalties you are facing, and how much the legal fee would be.

I was wondering if you handle cases dealing with sealing or expungment of records? I'm not sure if I am even eligible or how the process works. I need legal help!

Yes, he does. Call the office to see if you are eligible to have your case sealed or expunged.
