Fabulous service! They will really do everything they can to help you make a sale!!! So appreciative to Cory and his manager (I didn’t catch his name) for helping us get the exact price we needed no matter what it took! I would definitely take my business here again and would highly recommend that you request Cory to work with you! He is extremely friendly and personable and you can tell he actually cares about you as a person, not just as dollar signs..which is very rare to find these days!!! Also if you are like me and test drives make you nervous, the area is a really cute low traffic place for a drive I didn’t mind at all! It was easy to navigate for sure.

First time that I didn't have a miserable time purchasing a car. Jason was wonderful. No pressure. Have me respect as a well educated customer. Acknowledged I knew what I wanted. In and out in less than 1 hour with my car traded in for a 2019 Subaru Outback. The financing gal, (sorry forgot her name), was superb. So very pleased!! Highly recommend! Would be nice if they had free water and snacks though ;)

Felecia Cooper is an excellent service advisor. She provides excellent customer service. She takes the time to understand any car issues and recommends proper services. She ensures that the services are completed on time. During my last visit, in addition to getting all the Car services completed properly, I was extremely satisfied with the way she helped me resolve one of the issues related to Car financing by persistently calling the Finance department to take a look into it. A few months back I had some questions with my Car financing which are handled by the Finance department. However the Finance department was busy and I left my information with the receptionist. I never heard back from them . I brought this to her attention during my last service visit. Even though she works in Service department, she persistently called the Finance department and escalated it and had them work with me to get the issue resolved.

I called in this morning to make an appointment for my oil change , filter and tire rotation. I spoke with Chris Faulkner and asked when I like to come in, I said asap. He said they were not scheduling for next two days but checked to see if he could get me in today. He asked if I could come at 4 pm. That was perfect, made it in , he had them do a good thorough inspection of my Tacoma. Within an hour half I was good to go. Informed me of upcoming maintenance in future contact when ready. It was overall I good experience highly recommended!
