Honestly this review is more on how this place is managed. I think the leasing agents were fantastic, the grounds are clean and it’s a nice place. However, they DO NOT have a clear pet policy, then choose to bend their own rules AFTER they take your money for the application. I mentioned on multiple separate occasions I had a Belgian Malinois and his weight from the initial tour all the way till after my said Malinois was physically in The office and passed their pet meet. Nothing mentioning a Malinois wouldn’t be allowed was ever said. They made me and my partner jump through hoop after hoop. We did everything they asked. But nope, management maybe choose NOT to actually read my application, or call me when I asked the property manager to… ( property manager had a leasing specialist email me…). I feel totally cheated from this place. First thing we check is pet policy, had we known management would bait and switch us we would not have wasted our time, driven over 3 hours total to see this place and $60 to apply. Risk assessment ( if it actually got to them) said all Shepard breeds are not allowed. It doesn’t say that literally anywhere. They decided to group my Belgian Malinois ( Belgian Shepard) as a German Shepard even though they are genetically distinct dogs. Management also we’re about to deny us for not putting in our 30 day to our current residences 3 days ago, even though our move in would be 5/1/22. Please please please make your pet policy clear. Anybody applying, be very careful. I was really excited about this place. Seems like I dodged a bullet though. We were honest, cooperative and in return we were cheated and our time wasted. Edit: I’m aware of where your pet policy is and what it says. It’s literally the first thing I look for. My dog however is NOT a hybrid, mix, or combination of any of the stated breeds and your complex was aware of his breed BEFORE I applied. During the application and during the pet meet. I asked the property manager to call me, instead she sent a leasing specialist to email me. I asked for my application deposit be returned as you guys failed to tell me my dog would not be accepted during initial tour, before applying, the application itself and the pet meet. I asked for my credit report that you pulled, (at least I’d get something for all the trouble) no reply.

I moved into these apartments about a year ago & they’re perfect. Very close to the freeway, close to Travis AFB(where I work), it’s a quiet area & close to Vacaville where a lot of restaurants & shopping is located. The staff here is great & the maintenance is always responding to any issues within a day or so. My only complaint is not EVER finding a parking spot. My household is just me & my husband so of course we both have our own vehicles. The apartments as normal give you one assigned parking spot under an awning & that’s it. If you have two vehicles like us then you’ll have to park in a spot that doesn’t have an awning(which there’s plenty) however it’s amazing because it doesn’t matter what time of the day you get home you can count on not getting a parking close to your apartment.(6AM, 2PM, 4PM and good luck finding ANY after 5PM) Living in Northern Cali has gotten pretty pricey & after paying over $2000 for a one bedroom I’m definitely not going to rent out a garage for an additional cost! It would be nice if they had some type of way to manage all these cars, some of the cars don’t move for days! Whether they give all of us little badges to put on our windshield to identify who lives here or not! Would be nice!

I have lived here since July 2020. I love the location and how comfortable the apartments feel. Short drive to Vacaville including stores and restaurants a few minutes away down the street. The few maintenance issues I did have were addressed promptly! They even provide movie nights and recently a, “Wine & Cheese” basket giveaway for free. Honestly not a bad place to live whether short-term or long-term!

Rolling Oaks offers me the luxury of an open concept floor plan with wonderful amenities. I truly love the woodsy walkable community and views. The staff are very friendly and really work hard to answer any concerns. The management host various interactive events that add spark to this fabulous living community. A few maintenance issues, but the team is attentive in their response.

Do you accept low income , If a person have already choice voucher for husband & wife disabled couple. Is there any availability for a 2 bedroom Accommodation, or a waiting list?
