Why do you condition your employees to just deflect and not take responsibility for your actions? What kind of business only speaks to people one on one through a lawyer?

I don't know your specific situation, but there are times when they are not allowed, I believe by law, to talk to homeowners any further and all discussions MUST go through lawyers

is there an actual phone number where a real estate agent can actually talk to someone?
